Industry 4.0 technology and automation developed in‑house
Dai Prà grout plants integrate Industry 4.0 technology and automation systems, born from collaboration between industry experts and innovators, to control batching, grouting and data from a single system.
Plant automation lets you manage the grouting process with precision and full traceability. The built-in data logger records pressure, flow rate and the GIN curve in real time, stops grouting at the set pressure or volume, and reports the data for every borehole and valve.
Explore automation
Weighing system
- Store mix recipes with two or more components and batch water, cement and other additives accurately with integrated weighing systems.
- A dedicated water pump automatically fills the colloidal mixer with water to make the mix.
- Pneumatic valves control loading from the screw conveyor, fed by a big bag silo, and transfer from the colloidal mixer to the agitator.
- When the agitator runs empty, level sensors start a new batch to keep the cycle going, including in containerised setups.
Built-in data logger
- Set up via touchscreen or remotely.
- Records pressure, flow rate and the GIN curve in real time, along with any other parameters the designers require.
- Stops grouting once the set pressure or volume is reached and adjusts grouting parameters automatically.
- Downloads injected volume, flow rate and pressure data for each borehole or, for tube-à-manchette grouting, for each valve.
Boost your productivity.
