Grout pumps

Designed and built entirely in-house, Dai Prà grout pumps are engineered for easy maintenance and wear resistance, thanks to advanced piston technology. The range includes high-pressure electro-hydraulic and air-driven pumps with double-acting pistons, designed for pumping cement grout, bentonite and other additives. Available in a manual version or with an integrated data logger, they let you monitor and control grouting parameters precisely. Every pump can be paired with a mixer and an agitator to build the grout plant that best suits your site.

Frequently asked questions.

A few pointers to help you choose.

What information do I need to choose a grout pump?

Tell us the type of work or the flow rate and pressure you need, plus the power supply available on site. Our team will confirm the right model and how it pairs with the mixing unit.

Which versions are available for the DE/OL 130?

The DE/OL 130 page covers the stroke 200, 300 and 400 versions.

Can I buy the pump on its own?

Yes, our machines are available individually or integrated into a grout plant. Every pump can be paired with a mixer and an agitator to meet each customer’s needs.

What materials can I pump?

Cement and bentonite mixes, including those with fine-grained sand, silica or lime, plus resins, polymer suspensions and cement additives. Maximum particle size is 2 mm for the DE/OL 80, 3 mm for the DE/OL 100 and 4 mm for the DE/OL 130.

How to choose.
