Grout plants
Mixing and grouting plants designed for ground improvement, specialist foundations and geotechnical applications. The range comprises customisable standard configurations, a starting point for building the plant best suited to your site. Every plant combines a colloidal mixer, an agitator and a high-pressure piston pump or screw pump. Manual, semi-automatic and automatic versions are available to suit different operating needs. Dai Prà grout plants mix and pump cement and bentonite grouts, including mixes with fine-grained sand, silica or lime, as well as resins, polymer suspensions and other additives.

Are the plants manual or automatic?
Every plant can be manual, semi-automatic (with load cells for mixing or with pump control) or automatic. In the automatic version the data logger regulates mixing and grouting, stops pumping and adjusts the parameters automatically.
Can I customise a standard configuration?
Yes. Manual or automatic control, number of pumps, power supply, tank size and fit-out are defined together with our technical team. The guide explains the options and shows example plants.
Can I install several piston pumps in parallel?
Yes. You can choose multiple piston pumps working in parallel. The number of lines, the mixing unit and the power supply are sized together for your site.
What power supplies are available for piston pump plants?
Plants with a piston pump are available with electric, air or diesel power. Power supply and performance are defined according to the configuration and the needs of your site.
