Two tanks and one pump, a single cycle.
The grout is mixed in the first tank and transferred to the agitator tank, which keeps it moving and ensures continuous output. The pump works at high or low pressure without stopping while the next batch is prepared.

Double-Tank 250 DE/OL 80 plant features
Double-acting plunger
The piston pumps on both the forward and return strokes and works at high and low pressure. Advanced, wear-resistant machining keeps maintenance to a minimum.
Groutable materials
Cement and bentonite mixes, including with fine-grained sand, silica or lime (up to 2 mm), resins, polymer suspensions and cement admixtures.
Pressure washer (optional)
For cleaning the machine as part of a proper daily site routine. Adds 2.2 kW to the power budget.
Power supply
Available with electric, pneumatic or diesel power.
Safety sensors
Stop the machine when in motion to prevent operator injuries during work and maintenance.
1-year warranty
Like all Dai Prà machines, the plant comes with a one-year warranty.
Discover automation
Every plant can be manual, semi-automatic (with load cells for mixing or with pump control) or automatic. In the automatic version, the data logger regulates both mixing and grouting: it stops pumping and adjusts the grouting parameters without operator intervention.
The automatic plant loads water by itself with a dedicated pump and, via pneumatic valves, controls cement loading by screw conveyor (from a big bag silo) and transfer from the colloidal mixer to the agitator. Weighing systems accurately batch recipes with two or more components.
