Big bag silo
For loading cement and premixes
Compact site silos designed for storing and handling cement, premixes and other powders, placed right next to the mixing plant.
The loading system has a gas-spring assisted lid with bag-breaking teeth to make emptying 0.8 or 1 m³ big bags easier, with a capacity of 1.500 to 3.000 kg. A vibrator motor keeps the material moving, while a Ø 194 mm screw conveyor with wear-resistant flighting delivers up to 17 m³/h.
The big bag silo can be integrated with Dai Prà mixing plants or retrofitted to existing ones. It can be automated to dose and precisely monitor the amount of cement discharged, loading the colloidal mixer directly and reducing manual work for the operator.
