THORBOLT
Disposable system for water ingress
Patented GMA system designed to grout leaking boreholes in a single operation. Available in standard 45, 48, 51 and 54 mm diameters, with other sizes made on request. It can be supplied hot-dip galvanised or with Combi Coated finish, which combines hot-dip galvanising with heat-cured epoxy resin for greater corrosion protection.

Galvanised
Hot-dip galvanising for corrosion protection in standard conditions.
Combi Coated
Hot-dip galvanising plus a heat-cured epoxy coating for extra protection in aggressive environments.
The THORBOLT system.
Installation in four steps.
- Insertion. Insert the packer, with the reinforcing bar and drainage tube, into the borehole, then tighten the nut.
- Expansion. Tightening compresses the rubber, which expands radially against the borehole wall and locks the system in place.
- Grouting. Connect the hose with the quick coupling and pump the grout to fill the annulus.
- Curing. Disconnect the quick coupling and let the grout cure under pressure.
