Dai Prà took part in Bauma 2025, the world’s leading construction machinery trade fair. There the company presented ECO, developed with a focus on ease of use and reduced environmental impact.
A grout pump without hydraulic oil
ECO uses no hydraulic oil. The original presentation links this choice to a lower environmental impact and reduced maintenance requirements for the hydraulic system.
Doing without this component is one of the defining features of the design, along with adjustments made through a digital interface.
A focus on noise
The launch article reports a noise level of 63 dB and highlights the solution’s appeal for work in residential areas or wherever keeping noise down matters.
This figure is the one stated in the original presentation; it does not guarantee the acoustic conditions of every installation and does not replace an assessment of operator noise exposure on site.
Flow rate and pressure from the touch screen
Flow rate and pressure are set on a touch screen rather than with traditional control valves and knobs. The aim described in the presentation is to make the pump simpler to operate and its parameters easier to manage.
With ECO, Dai Prà brought to Bauma an example of its work on innovation in grouting equipment: simpler operation, attention to maintenance and lower noise.
