Our drive to innovate has once again caught the attention of the national newspaper Il Sole 24 Ore. An article in its “Imprese e Territori” (Business and Regions) section mentions our company for its ongoing commitment to improvement.
The main subject is our new plant for cleaning drainage wells at remediation sites. It is a real step forward: it greatly simplifies a job that used to be done by hand, with the injury risk that came with it for operators.
This plant delivers two results: the work becomes easier, and we meet our digitalisation goal thanks to the Industry 4.0 technology built into the plant. Settings, monitoring and data download can all be handled remotely.
It also automates swabbing, brushing, air lifting and hydropulse. The hydropulse function comes from a new patented pulse generator that we are proud of and that the article mentions: an entirely new system that we have focused on in recent months and that is already delivering excellent results.
Being able to dramatically improve the rehabilitation of clogged drainage wells meets a real need felt by our customers and, more broadly, by everyone working in the drilling industry.
